We make our savoury products with the aim of sharing and exporting the most important features of local, characteristic cuisine beyond the shores of Sicily.The various historical dominations on the island one after the other have enriched Sicilian culinary traditions, as well as having made an important cultural contribution which can still be felt today.
These traditions are based on simple ingredients and flavours or those ingredients more associated with a leaner diet, such as vegetables and fish, such as anchovies, sardines and mackerel.
Such a tradition has produced a rich palette of tastes.
